    The company had a well-defined administrative management model, although with potential for improvement, since the model lacked specific support systems, which transferred the administrative burden of managing orders and invoices to suppliers. All processes were carried out manually with a high administrative burden for internal teams and without a single documentation repository. The Purchasing Department decided to promote the digitization of said procurement and billing processes, and with the support of the IT and Administration areas, they began the search for solutions that, in addition to supporting their supply and billing model, could be integrated with their systems. , finally selecting Fullstep, for the functional adaptability of its platform, as well as for its knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector.

    Juver’s Purchasing Department decided to promote the digitization of these homologation processes, and with the support of the IT and Quality Management areas, they began the search for solutions that, in addition to supporting its Quality model, could be integrated with its systems and with other external data sources, finally selecting Fullstep for its functional adaptation capacity, as well as its knowledge of the food and beverage sector, a fact that favored that the functionalities to be implemented were aligned with the best practices in the sector.
