    Juver had a well-defined quality and food safety model that contemplated both the approval of suppliers and products. However, the model lacked support systems, all processes were carried out manually with a high administrative burden for internal teams and without a single repository of documentation.

    Juver’s Purchasing Department decided to promote the digitalization of these approval processes, and with the support of the IT and Quality Management areas, they began the search for solutions that, in addition to supporting their Quality model, could be integrated with their systems. and with other external data sources, finally selecting Fullstep for its capacity for functional adaptation, as well as for its knowledge of the food and beverage sector, a fact that favored the functionalities to be implemented being aligned with the best practices in the sector.
