Juver had a well-defined quality and food safety model that included both supplier and product approval. However, the model lacked support systems, all processes were performed manually with a high administrative burden for internal teams and without a single documentation repository.
Juver’s Purchasing Department decided to promote the digitization of these homologation processes, and with the support of the IT and Quality Management areas, they began the search for solutions that, in addition to supporting its Quality model, could be integrated with its systems and with other external data sources, finally selecting Fullstep for its functional adaptation capacity, as well as its knowledge of the food and beverage sector, a fact that favored that the functionalities to be implemented were aligned with the best practices in the sector.
