The rigour with which we undertake our work has seen us awarded the following certifications and recognition:
ISO 27001 security standard certification
ISO/IEC 27001 is the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
The standard has been designed to guarantee control over security is based on a focus on processes in order to establish, implement, operate, supervise, revise, maintain and improve an ISMS.
ISO 9001:2008 certification
This certification is the result of implementing an internal management system which ensures the quality of the projects that FULLSTEP designs for its clients: purchasing consultancy and support services, as well as the development and implementation of systems that back up said function.
ISO 20000 certification
ISO 20000 defines 13 processes to be implemented including 5 groups of management services: Service Provision, Control, Delivery, Resolution and Relations.
This certification is the result of implementing processes defined by regulations that ensure the quality of the projects that FULLSTEP implements on behalf of its clients: purchasing support services and the development and implementation of purchasing management systems..
The business processes in Fullstep depend largely on the Information Systems and the information they store. The purpose of this Policy is to establish the global security guidelines for the organization, and to protect the information assets.
