FULLSTEP Portal is the gateway for suppliers to all procurement activities of the organization. It is the repository of all communication between your organization and suppliers, whether potential or actual.
Suppliers can register in the Portal and request to be approved to participate in RFXs for certain category
They will access all required information to appropriately respond to RFQs
They will be able to manage the orders issued from the catalog
They will participate in the automated processes where their involvement is relevant
Suppliers will interact with their purchasing department to adapt to the quality standards and procedures

To the Supplier
Online and offline: for greater accessibility, the supplier can work offline on Excel files downloaded from the application, then upload the final documents back to the Portal.
Dynamic: each supplier can update the categories they offer
Authorizations: each supplier can manage the users in their company who are authorized to use the Portal, with specific profiles (sales, QA, etc…).
Attached files: files can be attached and downloaded in every step
